LED Illuminated Reverse Channel Letters are more energy efficient than neon illuminated letters. Our neon tube breakage is very low, however with the lightweight design of an LED module breakage is practically eliminated. LED products benefit savings over a long period of time. Initial cost of this product can be a little higher than neon illuminated letters depending on the color. Red is typically least expensive.
Faces: Precision-routed aluminum .080 is our standard gauge; .090 and .125 aluminum are also used as required by construction and customer specification.
Backs: All illuminated Reverse Channel Letters have 3/16" clear lexan backs. Mounting and electrical holes are precision-routed into the lexan backs.
Returns: Standard .063 aluminum return, 4" depth. Other depths range from 1" to 4".
Standard Painted Reverse Channel Colors: White, Ivory, Black, Brown, Red, Fire Red, Blue, Intense Blue, Hunter Green, Solid Green, Deep Green, Burgundy, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze, Bronze 313, Beige PMS468C, Dark Gray, Bayou Blue, nay PMS282C, Brushed Aluminum, Brilliant Gold, Copper, and Deep Purple. These are standard colors. We will match most color options if a color number or color sample is provided.
LED: Sloan is our standard stock brand. Sign Fab offers their complete line of LED modules to fit product applications. Gelcore and other brands are available at request.

Assembly Options: Remote-Preassembled, Remote-Prewired, Remote-Self-Contained, Remote-H-Channel, Raceway Mounted with aluminum panel, Cabinet Mounted.
Hardware Options: remote-no hardware, remote-nutserts with aluminum threaded rod (1/4” or 3/8”), square tube frame. Custom mounting options available at request.
