Custom logo signs can be manufactured to any shape, including standard shapes, symbols and business logos. Your possibilities are virtually limitless for Custom Logos. As long as we can fit your illumination of choice in the product, it can be manufactured.
Faces/Trim: 3/16” acrylic or lexan precision-routed faces with ¾” or 1” Jewelite or Gemini Trim. Lexan is typically used for large sign faces. Custom fabricated aluminum trim is also available, and is standard for large logos. Aluminum rim can be painted to match most color options. See our painted color charts for common color options.
Face Options: 7328 White, 2447 White, and Clear are recommended for contour channel signs and logos. Vinyl graphics or Digital Prints are usually applied to the first surface. See Vinyl Graphics and Digital Printing section for more information.
Trim Colors: White, Ivory, Black, Brown, Bronze 313, Bronze, Gold, Metallic Silver, chrome, Brushed Chrome, Intense Blue, Blue, True Red, Burgundy, Solid Green, Hunter Green, Yellow, Orange, Teal and Bright Purple.
Backs: .063, .080, .090, or .125 aluminum; mounting and electrical holes are precision-routed into the logo back.
Returns: Standard 5” return. Other depths range from 2” to 12”.
Stock Prefinished Return Colors: White, Ivory, Black, Brown, Dark Bronze, Heron Blue, Pepsi Blue, Hunter Red, Kelly Green, Ivy Green, Yellow, Mocha Tan, Burgundy, Orange, Dark Gray, Light Gray, and Medium Purple.
Standard Painted Return Colors: White, Ivory, Black, Brown, Red, Blue, Intense Blue, Hunter Green, Solid Green, Burgundy, Orange, Yellow, Bronze, Purple, Teal, Cool Gray 5C, Cool Gray 1C, Warm Gray 1C, Brushed Aluminum, Brilliant Gold, Brick PMS484C, Mocha Tan and Beige PMS468C. These are standard colors. We will match most color options if a color number or color sample is provided. See color Selector for color swatches on all colors listed.
LED: Sloan is our standard stock brand. Sign Fab offers their complete line of LED modules to fit product applications. Gelcore and other brands are available at request.
LED Colors: White, Red, Orange, Blue, Green, and Amber.
Assembly Options: Remote-Preassembled, Remote- Prewired, Remote-Self-Contained, Remote-H-Channel, Raceway Mounted, Cabinet Mounted.
Hardware Options: remote-no hardware, remote-nutserts with aluminum threaded rod (1/4” or 3/8”), double 90 brackets, raceway mounted, and square tube frame. Custom mounting options available at request.
